Appreciation can be defined as the recognition and enjoyment of some good qualities 

that a person possesses.

Appreciation and acknowledgement are something that can boost up a person's morale and in fact increase his self-confidence.

We are living in an era of technology where social media plays an enormous role in our lives. We get to see photos of others and in fact very thought-provoking captions we get to read. It takes courage to talk about private and intimate issues. SO, instead of commenting some good stuff and encourage them. We try to pull them down and write filthy stuff.

And moreover, when our own near one's post something. We don't write or comment because we feel like this person didn't comment on my post, so why should I.

I think we need to stop this. If we like something, we should appreciate that person and if we don't like something, so it's better to keep our opinion to ourselves.
